WHAT IS A FLORIDA DBPR:

You are required to hold a Florida Department of Professional Business Regulations (DBPR) License if:

  • Your Rental Unit is Transient (advertised/available to Rent for 30 Days or less, 3 times or more a year). If you have a Rental Property Management Company, they hold the license for you, and would need to send it to you to Upload.
  • You are a State Licensed Contractor
  • You are a Restaurant
  • Other Professions as outlined here: https://www.myfloridalicense.com/intentions2.asp

If you DO NOT currently hold a Florida Department of Professional Business Regulations (DBPR) License and are required to, following the guidelines above, please visit the link above or call: 850.487.1395.
