Through this Citizenserve portal, citizens, applicants and property owners can apply for permits, upload digital plans, pay application fees online and submit code enforcement requests. Applicants are then able to utilize Citizenserve to then track their projects through the review process, obtain their permits and schedule inspections on-line.
