You may use this on-line portal to submit applications for zoning permits or code enforcement violations, using the options seen at the left hand side of the screen.

In order to submit a complaint or application you must have a login. If you have a current application submitted to the Town of Mooresville, you may already have a user login and password. To obtain this information you can either call the City at 704-662-7040 or if you click on the MY ACCOUNT option in the upper right of the screen, then click FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD, you will be able to enter the email address associated with your account and retrieve your login information.

Zoning Permits

Please contact the Development Services Department directly for assistance in processing annexation applications, rezonings or conditional use applications at 704-662-7040. For your convenience, paper copies of these applications can be found on the Zoning Option at the left hand side of the screen.

Code Enforcement Violations

The Town's Code Enforcement jurisdiction only exists within the Town's municipal corporate limits. Note that a property may have a Mooresville address, but is not within the municipal corporate limits. Potential violations outside the Town limits should be directed to the Iredell County Planning Department at 704-878-3118.
